In SOCS to Register for activities for your child click the Activities Tab

If you have more than one child studying a Malvern College Hong Kong you will see a row on the screen for child. You will need to click the ativities tab for each student to register activities for them.

On This page you will see Available Categories of CCAs. School Sports Squads will be listed as view only as these are by invitation only.

Scroll down the list of CCAs and Click Add to select the Activity you would like your child to join

If there are no warnings about conflicts click Add Activity

If there is a clash warning do not click Add Activity

If you have selected the wrong activity you have the option to remove your selection.

The My Activity Tab Shows a list of Activities your child is registered for

The Calendar view shows the activity dates and times for the CCA's your child is registered for

Sync Calendar.

It is possible to syncronise the calendar with your mobile device Calendar. Follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that you will need to use a laptop or a desktop computer to add the calendar to your parent mchk email account.
