If you have trouble opening Malvern View on a smartphone. For example, you receive 404 error
For some reason the Chrome browser has saved another Google login from your smartphone. For example, your personal Google login. It may unfortunately be a different login to the one that you have logged into the Gmail app.
Malvern View is restricted to school users with MCHK accounts only.
If you are a parent at the school, you must login using your MCHK parent Google account.

Browse to https://gmail.com in the Chrome browser's address bar
2. Click to "use the web version" ( botton left corner )
3. Click the 3 lines. as shown (see red arrow).
4. check to see which email is selected. If it is not the MCHK email, please click on the email to select the correct one.
5. please click on the parent Google account.
6. Then click the email received from School Office
7. please click the relevant Malvern View/Newsletter link.
8. if prompted for Google account, please select the MCHK parent Google account.
9. You should now be able to view Malvern View / newsletter.
